Kristina & Nick were married at Quivey’s Grove in Madison, WI. After hair and makeup at their condo the bride and bridesmaid finished getting ready at the location. The historical buildings offered a great backdrop for all of the days activities.
After the guests were seated the groom and groomsmen took their place followed by the parents and then the bridal party. The bride walked down the aisle to see her groom for the first time that day. She looked lovely in more layers of tulle than I’ve ever seen! The walkway was covered in a rose petal design. Nick was handsomely waiting in his navy suit.
Not one, but two tents were prepared as the guests and couple moved to cocktail hour under one tent, then dinner under the other. For dancing they made their way back to the cocktail tent. We managed to fit in portraits as the light peeked through. I joked with Kristina that it appears just for her as their engagement photos in Dec in SD included 50deg temps and warm light I seldom see around these parts.
At the end of the night the sparklers were lit and the couple made their way through them to a ride heading back home.
